Georgia Deal (4-30-17) service 5-3-17

Georgia Pauline Spry Deal, 81, of Nashville, formerly of Savannah, died on Sunday, April 30, in Nashville.
She was born in Dyer County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late George Osby and Eliza Ann Anderson Spry. She was united in marriage to Lawrence Mack Deal, who survives.
Mrs. Deal was a nurse for Baptist Hospital in Nashville for 35 years.  She also was a licensed private pilot. 
In addition to her husband, Lawrence of Nashville, she is survived by two sisters, Patricia Wilkerson of Savannah and Evelyn Harville of Humboldt, Tennessee; four brothers, Lee Spry of Savannah, Marshall Spry of Linden, Tennessee, Joe Spry of Appaloosa, Louisiana and Richard Spry of Shiloh.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, John O. Spry.
Services were held on Wednesday, May 3, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Savannah with Benny Taylor officiating. Burial followed in Memory Gardens at Savannah.
