Roy McKenzie (3-27-17) service 3-30-17

Roy McKenzie, 93, of Millington, Tennessee, died on Monday, March 27.
He was born in Chester County, Tennessee, the son of the late Reeder and Irma Baker McKenzie. He was united in marriage to Rozelle Pitts, who preceded him in death.
Mr. McKenzie served in the United States Navy during World War II. He had worked for Brown Shoe Company and retired from the Tennessee Highway Department. He was a member of Milledgeville Church of Christ.
He is survived by his daughter, Monuia Dean Woody; two granddaughters; four great- grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, James McKenzie.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ovid McKenzie.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 30, at Milledgeville Cemetery with Stan Phipps officiating.
