Hollis McDonald (3-29-17) service 4-1-17

Hollis H. McDonald, 82, of Enville, died on Wednesday, March 29. 
He was born in Clifton, the son of the late Hubert Lonzo and Lillie Mae Ricketts McDonald. He was united in marriage Mae Belle Humphrey, who survives.
Mr. McDonald was a farmer, carpenter, and retired as a cabinet maker. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Mae Belle McDonald of Enville; daughter, Pam Nowell of Enville; one granddaughter; one great-granddaughter; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, LaVern McDonald; and sisters, Rotha Nell Vickery, Lockey Dodson and Betty Baxter.
Services were held on Saturday, April 1, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Sam McAdams and Jason Cherry officiating. Burial followed in Mt. Hermon Cemetery at Savannah.
