Paul Ratliff (2-18-17) service 2-20-17

Paul Blake Ratliff, 81, of Adamsville, died on Saturday, Feb. 18.
He was born in Pikeville, Kentucky, the son of the late Arvid and Sadie Bartley Ratliff. He was united in marriage to Louise Bowling Ratliff, who survives.
Mr. Ratliff previously worked for B&B Construction Company and retired from a construction company that worked at the Paper Mill. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Adamsville.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Ratliff of Adamsville; daughter, Carolyn Phillips of Adamsville; two sisters, Virginia Dare Garber of Grundy, Virginia and Wanda Williams of Michigan; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Evelyn K. Maness; son, Larry Blair; three brothers; and four sisters.
Services were held on Monday, Feb. 20, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Adamsville with Phil Mitchell and Chad Ball officiating. Burial followed in Pine Hill Memorial Garden at Adamsville.
