Doris Collins (2-7-17) service 2-9-17

Doris Collins, 78, of Saltillo, died on Tuesday, Feb. 7.
She was born in Jackson, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Alvin R. and Velma Doyle Collins. She was united in marriage to Herman Kenneth Collins, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Collins had worked for H.I.S. Sportswear as a sewing machine operator for more than 20 years.  She was a member of Saltillo Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, Kenny Collins of Saltillo; brother, Robin Collins of Saltillo; and sisters, Reba Davidson of Cedar Grove, Tennessee and Betty Sipes of Lavinia, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Margaret Martin, Jimmie Dean Arnold and Marie Terry.
Services were held on Thursday, Feb. 9,  at Saltillo Church Of Christ with Larry Redmond officiating. Burial followed in Shady Grove Cemetery of Saltillo.
