Roy Daniels (11-21-16) service 11-26-16

Roy Daniels, 87, of Savannah, died on Monday, Nov. 21, in Jackson, Tennessee.
He was born in Wayne County, the son of the late John Lauren and Martha Mirl Scott Daniels. He was united in marriage to Christine Taylor, who survives.
Mr. Daniels worked for Parris Manufacturing for 37 years.  He was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Savannah.
In addition to his wife Christine Daniels, he is survived by his children, Steve Allen Daniels  of Lebanon, Tennessee, Danny Lee Daniels of Savannah and Kathy Short of Savannah; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Eloise Ward of Savannah and Bonnie Sherrill.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Cleo Beckham, Doris Carroll and Vernal Mae Paulk; four brothers, Leo, Jobie Lee, John L. and Eules Earl Daniels; and one grandchild.
Services were held on Saturday, Nov. 26, at Southside Baptist Church in Savannah with Benny Taylor officiating. Burial followed in Crump Cemetery.
