Bobby McBroom (11-19-16)

Bobby Ray McBroom, 82, of Counce, died on Saturday, Nov. 19, in Adamsville.
He was born in Ripley, Tennessee, the son of the late Augustus O.D. and Kathrine McBroom Chism. He was united in marriage to Donna V. Savage, who preceded him in death.
Mr. McBroom was the retired owner and operator of Mr. P.I.G. Pit BBQ in Memphis.
He is survived by his daughter, Theresa Brown of Counce; five grandchildren; nine great- grandchildren; and one sister, Carolyn Warren of Memphis.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Kathy Stephans; two sons, Terry and Michael McBroom; two grandchildren; and two sisters, Sylvia Rediker and Ellen Hood.
Private memorial services were held.
