Webster Hindmon (10-9-16) service 10-11-16

Webster Hindmon, 90, of Michie, died on Sunday, Oct. 9.
He was born on December 16, 1925 in Tishomingo, Mississippi, the son of the late Willie and Ellen M. Hindmon.
He was united in marriage to Bertha Dee Ganus, who preceded her husband in death on Oct. 8, 2016.
Mr. Hindmon worked for the Hardin County Highway Department as a driver and was also employed as a timber cutter. He was a member of Pisgah United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his children, William Monroe Sagely of Tishomingo, Mississippi, Mary Jane Shook of Michie, Tennessee, Odes Webster Hindman Jr. of Tishomingo, Mississippi, Vonnie Lee Pounders of Iuka, Mississippi, and Margaret Louella Wolfe of Fayetteville, Tennessee; six grandchildren; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Evelyn Christina Hindman Edwards; three sisters, Edith Terry, Beatrice Bromley and Bullah Smith; brother, Wesely Hindmon; and one grandson.
Services will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 11, at Pisgah United Methodist Church in Shiloh with Ray Chandler and Richard Haley officiating. Burial followed in Pisgah Cemetery at Shiloh.
