Leona Foschi (9-14-16) service 9-17-16

Leona Foschi, 78, of Saltillo, died on Wednesday, Sept. 14, at her residence.
She was born in Joliet, Illinois, the daughter of the late Denzil Cecil and Clara May Cox Alstott. She was united in marriage to Joseph Robert Foschi, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Foschi was owner and cook of several restaurants.  She won several awards for her cooking.
She is survived by her children, Sandy Naylor, Tamara Gooslin, William Naylor, Belinda Tilbur, Michael Wenberg and Monica Foschi; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one sister, Wanda Brookman.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Deborah Kline.
Services were held on Saturday, Sept. 17, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Chad Balentine officiating.
