Gary Fults (7-27-16) service 8-3-16

Gary Wayne Fults, 50, died on Wednesday, July 27, at Hardin Medical Center.
He was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, son of the late Buddy W. and Marrece Bevis Fults.
Mr. Fults is survived by his sister, Renee Wallace of Adamsville; half sister, Nicole Fults of Nashville; daughter, Autumn Moser of Adamsville; sons, Gage and Dion Leyba of Alabama; stepfather, Garry Franks; stepmother, Vicki Franks; two stepsisters, Renee Rickman and Tammy Melson; one niece; great nieces; and two granddaughters.
Services were held on Wednesday, Aug. 3,  at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Tommy Grisham and Randy Carroll officiating. Burial followed in Campground Cemetery at Hardin County.
