Lavearn Cunningham (6-3-16) service 6-7-16

Lavearn Cunningham, 79, of Corinth, Mississippi, died on Friday, June 3.
She was born in Corinth, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Preston Hutcheson and Annie Mae Hancock Hutcheson. She was united in marriage to James Cube Cunningham, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Cunningham was a member of South Shiloh Full Gospel Church. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, J.C. Cunningham of Crump and Maxie Cunningham of Michie; two daughters, Jeanette Cunningham Thrasher of Corinth, Mississippi and Paulette McDonald of Hardin County; a stepdaughter, Sue Tallent of Loves Park, Illinois; a stepson, Robert Neal Cunningham of Rockford, Illinois; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; 21 stepgrandchildren; 15 step great-grandchildren; and a  host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Bonnie Schlesser; a stepdaughter, Evelyn Manning; a stepson, James Cunningham; her siblings, Ray Hutcheson, Stanley Hutcheson, Charleston Hutcheson, R.B. Hutcheson, Ray Hutcheson, Gladys Gilliland, Christine Little, Virginia Watkins, Inez Thrasher, and two that died at birth.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 7, at South Shiloh Full Gospel Church in Shiloh with James Newcomb officiating. Burial followed in West Shiloh Cemetery at Stantonville. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Selmer in charge of arrangements.
