Betty Joyce Brown (5-12-16) service 5-14-16

Betty Joyce Turnbow Brown, 78, of Adamsville, died on Thursday, May 12, at her residence.
She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Grady William and Cora Mae Hollingsworth Turnbow. She was united in marriage to James Robert Brown, who survives.
Mrs. Brown retired after 42 years at Garan Manufacturing, where she worked in the cutting department.  She was a member of Mt. Vinson United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, James Robert, she is survived by her children, Robert Lynn Brown of Orange Park, Florida, Lana Annette Brown White of Adamsville and Bettina Kay Milford of Stantonville, Tennessee; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four brothers, Grady William Turnbow Jr., Everette Turnbow, Roy Turnbow and Sammy Turnbow; and one sister, Catherine Kindrick.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Joe Neal Turnbow; and two grandchildren.
Services were held on Saturday, May 14, at Mount Vinson United Methodist Church in Stantonville with Howard Russom, Gerald Duncan, Tanner Garrison and Natalie White officiating. Burial followed in Mt. Vinson Cemetery at Stantonville.
