Ouida Smith (4-7-16) service 4-16-16

Ouida E. Smith, 90, of Chattanooga, formerly of Adamsville, died on Thursday, April 7, in a local healthcare facility.
Born in Boonesville, Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late Vaudie and Mary Bell Mayo.
Mrs. Smith attended Adamsville First Baptist Church and White Oak Baptist Church in Red Bank.
Survivors include two granddaughters; and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Smith of Adamsville; daughter, Gail Young of Oak Ridge, Tennessee; brother, Billy Joe Mayo; and sister, Louise Taylor of Booneville, Mississippi.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m., on Saturday, April 16, at West Shiloh Baptist Church in Stantonville, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers make donations to White Oak Baptist Church, 310 Memorial Dr., Chattanooga, Tenn. 37415.
