Lady Ruth Harville (2-28-16) service 3-2-16

Lady Ruth Dickey Harville, 82, of Clifton, died on Sunday, Feb. 28.
She was born in Savannah, the daughter of the late Charley Ross and Winnie Lou Ada Murphy Dickey. She was united in marriage to Barney Frank Harville Sr., who survives.
Mrs. Harville worked as a seamstress at Jay Mar Ruby in her early years. She attended Clifton Revival Center in Cifton. 
In addition to her husband, Barney of Clifton, she is survived by her children, Mike Harville of Clifton, Mitchell Harville of Clifton, Charles Harville of Savannah, Barney Frank Harville Jr. of Savannah, Karen Degnegaard of Jackson, Tennessee, Barbara Smith of New Carlisle, Indiana, Shirley Keck of Rolling Prairie, Indiana, Allen Harville of Walcottville, Indiana, Mark Harville of Anderson, Indiana, Julie Whaler of Ocala, Florida; 31 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Davis of Adamsville,  Rosie Umphrey of Savannah and Geneva Sheets of Adamsville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Verdie Umphrey, Myrtle Williams, Marie Hunt, and Charlene Gregory; brothers, Daulton, Wareka, Vernon, Edgar, Albert, Charlie and Larry Dickey; a grandchild; three great-grandchildren; and her stepmother.
Services were held on Wednesday, March 2, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Shayne Riley and J.P. Gillis officiating. Burial followed in Mt. Hermon Cemetery at Savannah.
