Michael Morrison (2-2-16)

Michael “Mike” Morrison, 63, of Memphis (lately of Pickwick) died of cancer at home on Tuesday, Feb. 2.
Born in Memphis, he was son of the late Rev. Dr. Archie C. Morrison Jr. and the late Alice Fretz Morrison.
Mr. Morrison worked for a number of years as director of music ministries for First United Methodist Church, Gallatin, and later for St. John’s United Methodist Church in Corpus Christi, Texas.  He then worked in partnership with his wife, Patti, as a hearing instrument specialist and owner of Mid-South Hearing Systems, a career spanning 31 years. 
He is survived by his wife, Patti, and his son, Andy, as well as his siblings, Cliff Morrison, Patty Westrich and David Morrison.
