Lois Johnson (1-23-16) service 1-27-16

Lois Dean Walker Johnson, 91, of Ooltewah, Tennessee, formerly of Hardin County, died on Saturday, Jan. 23.
She was born in Carter County, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late David Brown and Maud Porterfield Walker. 
Mrs. Johnson was a bookkeeper for Johnson Hardware. She was a member of Barnhill United Methodist Church.
She is survived her sons, Donald Johnson of Knoxville, Kenneth Johnson of Ooltewah, Tennessee, and Paul D. Johnson of Barnardsville, North Carolina; sister, Annie Gail Johnson of Savannah; seven grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Johnson; a daughter, Cheryl Johnson; brothers, Graham Walker and Brown Walker; and sisters, Chrystal Harville and Mildred Counce.
Services were held on Wednesday, Jan. 27, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Becky Wilkes officiating. Burial followed in Savannah Cemetery.
