Johnny Mack Stricklin (12-2-15) service 12-4-15

Johnny Mack Stricklin, 65, of Savannah, died Wednesday, Dec. 2, in Savannah.
He was born in Savannah, the son of the late G.C. and Nadine Williams Stricklin. He was united in marriage to Connie Sue Woods, who preceded her husband in death.
Mr. Stricklin was a truck driver to Volunteer Sod Company in Lutts, Tennessee and he was also a self-employed logger.
He is survived by his two sons, Johnny Doyle Stricklin of Woodbine, Georgia and Brian Shane “PeeWee” Stricklin of Rogersville, Alabama; five grandchildren; three brothers, Billy Stricklin, Gary “Bud” Stricklin and Mark Stricklin, all of Savannah; and two sisters, Christine Balentine and Kaye Rainy, both of Sumertown, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer Rose Stricklin; one sister, Lou Dean Patterson; and two brothers, Paul and Ken Stricklin.
Services were held on Friday, Dec. 4, at Oak Grove Pentecostal Church in Waterloo, Alabama, with Jimmy McGee and Wayne Woods officiating. Burial followed in Oak Grove Cemetery at Waterloo, Alabama.
