Bob Harvill (12-3-15) service 12-5-15

Bobby Gene “Bob” Harvill, 74, of Michie, died Thursday, Dec. 3, in Savannah.
He was born in Corinth, Mississippi, the son of the late Isom Thomas “Tom” and Odessa South Harvill. He was united in marriage to Shirley Ann Hollins, who preceded her husband in death.
Mr. Harvill worked 32 years for the Hardin County Board of Education as a custodian and bus driver. He was a member of Childers Hill Pentecostal Church.
He is survived by one son, Ronnie Harvill of Michie; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Sam Harvill of Pickwick Dam and Larry Harvill of Michie. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one son, Donald “Toby” Harvill; one brother, Bill Harvill; and two sisters, Irene Jones and Ona Ruth Collier.
Services were held on Saturday, Dec. 5, at Childers Hill Pentecostal Church in Counce with Pat Terry, Rex McGee and Johnny Cherry officiating. Burial followed in Emmanuels Tabernacle Cemetery at Stantonville.
