Tina Shelby (11-1-15) service 11-4-15

Tina Northcutt Shelby, 51, of Humboldt, Tennessee, formerly of Adamsville, died Sunday, Nov. 1.
She was born in Savannah, the daughter of David and Joan Northcutt of Corinth, Mississippi. She was united in marriage to Philip W. Shelby, who survives.
Mrs. Shelby was a retired family nurse practitioner. She was a member of Assemblies of God.
Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by a brother, Allen D. Northcutt of Houston, Texas; sister, Lori Northcutt Wigginton of Spring Hill, Tennessee; one nephew and five nieces; and grandmothers, Zola Kinchen of Henderson, Tennessee and Thelma Broyles of Byhalia, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, E.F. and Elma Boyd of Adamsville, and  Max Northcutt of Byhalia, Mississippi.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Selmer with Kara Blackard officiating. Burial in Mars Hill Cemetery near Adamsville, TN.
