Mary Kathleen Cummings Burleson, 77, of Collinwood, died on Saturday, Oct. 24, at Savannah Health Care and Rehabilitation in Savannah.
She was born in Savannah, the daughter of the late Arthur and Zada Belle Murphy Cummings. She was united in marriage to Joel Burleson, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Burleson was retired from Kay Windsor Manufacturing and was a member of Church of God.
She is survived by sons, David Ray Frazier of Clifton, Ricky Neal Frazier, Ronald Keith Burleson and Chad Dewayne Gaston, and a daughter, Kellie Niocle Brewer, all of Collinwood; a grandson; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, J.C. Cummings of Dallas, Texas and John Thomas Cummings of Savannah; two sisters, Charlyne Franks and Lillian Franks, both of Savannah; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a granddaughter; a brother, Silas Cummings; and her grandparents, the late Jerry W. and Molly J. Lutts Cummings and the late Henry and Minnie Murphy.
Services were held on Wednesday, Oct. 28, at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Collinwood with Richard Bane officiating. Burial followed in McCall Cemetery near Collinwood with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
