Jebby Leighton (6-6-15)

Jebby Thomas Leighton, 64, of Roswell, Georgia went to her reward on Saturday, June 6.
She was born to Joyce Thomas and the late Jack Thomas on May 29, 1951 in Florence, Alabama. She was married to Leon Leighton, Sr. on Feb. 13, 1971. She was a member of her spiritual family at Alpharetta church of Christ in Alpharetta, Georgia, and a former member of Roswell church of Christ.
Jebby is survived by her husband, Leon; her mother, Joyce Thomas of Savannah; her daughter, Jacquelyn Leighton Binger of Alpharetta and son-in-law, Doug Binger; her son, Leon Leighton Jr. of Corvallis, Oregon and daughter-in-law, Sam Leighton. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Hailey Binger, Liam Binger and Tori Smith; and sister, Jill Carpenter of Hoover, Alabama. 
A celebration of Jebby’s life was held at Northside Chapel in Roswell, Georgia.
