Larry Morgan (5-3-15)

James “Larry” Morgan, 65, of Pickwick, formerly of Joliet, Illinois, died Sunday, May 3.
He was born in Waynesboro, son of the late James Hardin Morgan and Millie Sherrill-Morgan. He was united in marriage to Kathleen J. Morgan, who survives.
Mr. Morgan served in the United States Army. He served in the Vietnam War and earned a Purple Heart. He became a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). He worked at Caterpillar in Joliet, Illinois, for 32 years as shop supervisor.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Holly Lavonne Morgan-Tacker, Heather Leanne Morgan and Jayme Lee Morgan; one brother, Tim Morgan; and six grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Robertson.
He will be put to rest at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Joliet, Illinois.
