Betty Jean Tracy (2-9-15) service 2-12-15

Betty Jean Smith Tracy, 84, of Shelbyville, Tennessee, died Monday, Feb. 9.
She was the daughter of the late Dolan and Thelma Harber Smith.
She was a former resident of Jackson, Tennessee, and a retired school teacher for Hardin County and Madison County. She was a member of the Retired Tennessee Teachers Association and the NEA Association and member of Southside Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, James E. Tracy of Shelbyville; sons, Jim Tracy and Steven E. Tracy, both of Shelbyville; sister, Lois Jane Smith of Alamo, Tennessee; and three grandchildren.
Services were held on Thursday, Feb. 12, at Hillcrest Funeral Home in Shelbyville with Ed Boggess and Jeff Smith officiating. Graveside services were held later on Feb. 12 at Ridgecrest Cemetery in Jackson, Tennessee.
