Katie Franks (1-26-15) service 1-29-15

Katie C. Franks, 96, of Savannah, died on Monday, Jan. 26.
She was the daughter to the late William T. and Katie Cordelia Neill Jerrolds.
Mrs. Franks was retired from Brown Shoe Company where she did manufacturing work.
She is survived by her children, Marlin Franks, Linda Clement and Charles Franks, all of Savannah; half-sister, Ruth Ann Jerrolds of Savannah; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Geneve Franks; siblings, Paul Jerrolds, Bob Jerrolds, Streetie Jerrolds, Tone Jerrolds, Louis Jerrolds, Arvil D. Jerrolds, Morris T. Jerrolds, Tommy Jerrolds and Wilma Wilkerson.
Services were held Thursday, Jan. 29, at Shackelford Chapel with Paul Weaver and Todd Alexander officiating.  Burial was in Neill Cemetery.
