Gene McClaine (11-11-14)

Gene McClaine, 74, of Savannah, died on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah.
He was the son of the late Joe and Eva McClaine.
Mr. McClaine was employed as a farmer and owned his own plumbing business on the side. He was a believer of the Pentecostal faith.
He is survived by three daughters, Sherry Johns of Somerville, Alabama, Pamela McMillen of Savannah and Glenda James of Lexington, Tennessee; one sister, Betty Cawhorn of Sikeston, Missouri; six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, J.C. McClaine and Bert McClaine.
No services were held.
