Michael Suroviak (5-5-14) No service

Michael Bernard Edward “Butch” Suroviak, 66, of Collierville, passed away at his home Monday, May 5. Butch was born Feb. 19, 1948, in Hammond, Ind., to the late Bernard and Agnes Kubacki Suroviak.

He served his country in the U. S. Army and worked in utility maintenance for the town of Collierville Water Department.

Butch is survived by his wife; Rose Beasley of Collierville; his daughter, Katie Smith of Savannah; two sisters, Christine Talabay and Gloria Keane; two brothers, Dan and Timmy Suroviak and three grandchildren, Haley Gonzales, Brayden and Kyler Smith.

The family will have a private memorial service celebrating Butch’s life at a later date.
