Ted Cook (4-22-14) No service

Ted Cook, 72, died Tuesday, April 22, at the Memphis VA Medical Center in Memphis. He was the son of the late Thomas and Cleta Cook of Illinois.

He is survived by two brothers, Gary Matthews of Mt. Vernon, Ill. and Bob Hopper of Chicago, Ill.; a daughter, Teddie Melson of Savannah and four grandchildren.
