James Malone (4-14-14) service 4-17-14
James Ray Malone, 49, of Clarksville went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, April 14, at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
James was born on Nov. 8, 1964 in Savannah. He was the son of the late Lawrence Robertson and Evelyn Joyce Morgan Robertson.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17 at 1 p.m. at Hilldale Baptist Church with Dr. Larry Robertson officiating. Burial will be at Sango Cemetery. Visitation was on Wednesday, April 16 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home and Thursday, April 17 from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the church.
James was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served 20 years and retired as chief petty officer. He was an avid Atlanta Braves fan and sports fan. He collected antiques.
He is survived by his wife of nearly 30 years, Kim Hollin Malone of Clarksville; daughter, Courtney Malone (Tauren) Glasl of Clarksville; and two brothers, Dr. Larry (Beth) Robertson of Clarksville and Michael (Anna) Robertson of Valdosta, Ga.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
