Rena Elizabeth DeShazier, 78, of Savannah died Thursday, March 20, at Hardin Medical Center. She was born in Waterloo, Ala., the daughter of the late Joe and Cynthia Gibbs Highland. She was united in marriage to Albert DeShazier, who preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker and she was of the Holiness belief.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by seven brothers and a sister.
Services were held Saturday, March 22, in Savannah with David Highland officiating. Burial followed at Graham Cemetery in Savannah.
