Lucille Duckworth (3-22-14) service 3-25-14

Lucille Annie Duckworth, 88, of Savannah, died Saturday, March 22, in Savannah. She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late David Pascal and Julia Griffin Harville. She was united in marriage to James Hebert Duckworth, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her two daughters, Betty Benson and JoAnn Norval, both of Savannah; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Gladys Bass of Georgia and Bernice Wilkerson of the Walnut Grove community and a brother, Barney Harville of Clifton.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by eight brothers.

Services were held Tuesday, March 25, in Savannah with Jack Byars officiating. Burial followed at Mount Hermon Cemetery in Hardin County.
