Charles Chambers (2-5-14) service 2-8-14

Charles Wayne Chambers, 70, of the Hickory Withe Community in Fayette County, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, at his residence. He was born in Memphis, the son of the late Frank and Ruth Lee Davis Chambers. He was united in married to Linda Johnson, who survives.

Mr. Chambers was a real estate agent for Martin Real Estate Agency in Fayette County. He was member of Hope Apostolic Church in the Raleigh community of Shelby County.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter, Loretta Martin of Hickory Withe; two sons, Frank Chambers of Oakland and Brandon Chambers of Hickory Withe; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services were held Saturday, Feb. 8, in Somerville with Ronnie Hayse of Memphis officiating. Burial followed at Milledgeville Cemetery in McNairy County.
