Cletus Cooksey (12-21-13) service 12-23-13

 

 

 

Cletus E. Cooksey, 86, of Adamsville, died on Saturday, Dec. 21, in Savannah. He was son of the late Samuel Lacy Franklin Cooksey and Jessie Hollingsworth Cooksey. He was united in marriage to Faye M. Smith who preceded him in death.

He was a veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by a daughter, Lee Dale Henley of Jackson; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, parents, and siblings, he was preceded in death by two sons, Donnie T. and Teddy Wayne Cooksey.

Services were Tuesday, Dec. 23, in Savannah with Eugene Davis officiating. Burial followed in Milledgeville Cemetery
