Marie Brown Hubbard, 96, died on Sunday, Dec. 8 in Savannah. Mrs. Hubbard was born in Pittsboro, Miss., the daughter of the late Hubert Franklin and Ola Kirk Bowling Brown. She was united in marriage to Frank Hubbard, who preceded her in death.
She was a member of Jefferson Presbyterian church in Jefferson, Ga.
She is survived by a sister, Kirk Brown Darnell of Savannah; two brothers, Frank Brown of Stone Mountain, Ga. and Jim Brown of Stockbridge, Ga.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Prentice D. Brown and Thomas Wilbur Brown and a sister Christine Brown Hammersley Bekkering.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
