Marcella Elisabeth Nagy, 85 of Columbus, Miss. passed away on Thursday, Oct. 17, at Windsor Place in Columbus, Miss. Mrs. Nagy was born on Aug. 20, 1928, the daughter of the late Sam and Athalee Humphreys Crotts of Savannah.

She moved to Columbus, Miss., 27 years ago from California. She was a member of First Baptist Church, in Columbus, Miss., she was the previous President of her Sunday School class and involved with the Gideons. Mrs. Nagy was co-owner of Quality Portable Buildings, in Columbus, Miss. for 15 years. She loved gardening especially flower gardening, and was an avid reader.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Nagy was preceded in death by her husband, Bert Nagy; brother, Kenneth Crotts and sister, Audrey Myrick.

Mrs. Nagy is survived by her daughter, Sandra (Larry) Clark, of Columbus, Miss.; granddaughter, Julie (Chris) Hinson of Salem,
Ore.; grandsons, Bryan (Diane) Clark, Bexley, Ohio and Joshua (Amy) Clark, Colfax, N.D. and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Mrs. Nagy was held on Monday, Oct. 21, at Lowndes Funeral Home, in Columbus, Miss. Interment followed at Friendship Cemetery, in Columbus, Miss. with Lowndes Funeral Home directing.
