Evelyn Counce Jordan, 86, of Shiloh, died on Monday, Oct. 14, at HMC Health and Rehabilitation Center, in Savannah. She is the daughter of the late Marvin and Effie Glover Counce. She was united in marriage to Joe B. Jordan who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Jordan was a homemaker and a member of Shiloh Methodist Church.

Services were held on Thursday, Oct. 17, at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Savannah with David Harstin officiating. Burial followed at Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery in Shiloh, Tenn.

She is survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by her son, Joe Marvin Jordan; brother, Joe Dorman Counce and sister, Lucille Belue.
