Dorothy Gilbert (10-27-13) No service

Dorothy Ann Gilbert, 83, of Savannah, died on Sunday, Oct. 27, at home. She was born in Renton, Wash., the daughter of the  late Worth and Sophia Simmons Stoneburner. She was united in marriage to George Dragness Jr. who preceded her in death. She was united in marriage to Harold E. Varble who survives. She was also united in marriage to Kenneth Gilbert who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Gilbert was a hotel owner and operator. She was of the Methodist faith.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her son, Jeff Dragness of Algona, Wash.; daughter, Susyn Dragness of Savannah; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Dick Stoneburner of Forest Grove, Calif. and sister, Betti Jane Tompkinson of Renton, Wash. In addition to her parents and husbands she was proceded in death by brothers, Bob and Joe Stoneburner and sister, Barbara Moore.
