Amber Chalk (10-5-13) service 10-8-13

Amber Sueann Boyd Chalk, 31, of Sardis, died on Saturday, Oct. 5, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was born in Waverly, Tenn. the daughter of Michael Boyd and Kathy McGee (Danny)Graham who survives.

Mrs Chalk was employed at McNairy County Health Care.

Services were held on Tuesday, Oct. 8, in the chapel of Young Funeral Home, in Linden, Tenn. with Tim York officiating. Interment followed at the Dr. O.A. Kirk Memorial Cemetary.

In addtion to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Destiny Davis; two sons, Hunter  Davis and Jacob Chalk; brothers, Michael Robert Boyd of Waynesboro, Tenn., Michael and Zach Graham of Linden, Tenn.; sister, Crystal Bernard of Waverly, Tenn., and grandparents Peggy McGee and Buford Boyd both of Linden, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Elizabeth Boyd and grandfather Burdell McGee.
