Greta Bachuss (9-19-13) service 9-23-13

 

 

 

Greta Mae Bachuss, 75, of Savannah, died on Thursday, Sept.19. She was born in Memphis, the daughter of the late Elmer Grady and Kathleen Vanhoose Bachuss.

She retired from Adamsville High School as the Assistant Principal, after 40 years of service. She was a member of the Pyburn Union Church.

Services were held on Monday, Sept. 23, at 1 p.m. at Pyburn Union Church in Savannah with Harry Nolen and Tony Polk officiating. Burial followed in the Pyburn Cemetery at Savannah.

She is survived by her brother, Douglas R. Bachuss, Sr. of Counce.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Fae Bachuss.
