Bernice Harrison (9-1-13) No service

Bernice Alberta Harrison Polk, 80, Iuka, Miss. died on Sunday, Sept. 1. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Pearl Harrison. She was united in marriage to Claude Cornelius Polk who preceded her in death.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Ludlam Funeral Home in Iuka, Miss. is in charge of the arrangements.

She is survived by her daugher, Rita Fuqua of Iuka, Miss.; 7 grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; brothers, John David Harrison and Andy Williams and sister, Ruby Williams.

In addition to her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by children, Lisa Shiver, WIlliam Shiver, Rankin Coleman Fuqua Jr. III and Rankin Coleman Fuqua Sr. II; siblings, June Harrision, Bernard Harrison, Miles Harrison, James Clifton Harrison, Myrtle Harrison, Alma Shea, Ruby Maddenn, Debbie Z. Polk, Carlos Maddenn and Cory Polk.
