Bobby Hurley, 67, of Atwood, died on Sunday, Aug. 25, at his residence. Mr. Hurley was a retired truck driver for Hurley Trucking, Inc. He was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
Services were held on Wednesday, Aug. 28, at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial following in Hopewell Cemetery in Lavinia, Tenn.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy A. Byrd Hurley; two sons, Jason Wade Hurley of Waverly and Barry “Bear” Hurley of Atwood; three brothers, Junior Hurley of Bradford, Eddie Ray Hurley of Savannah, and Robert D. Hurley of Milan; a sister, Wilma Faye Seat of Savannah; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
