David Creasy (8-23-13) service 8-26-13

David “Nub” Creasy, 47, of Bath Springs, Tenn., died on Friday, Aug. 23.
He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Billy and McNeva Ponds Creasy. He was united in marriage to Cathy Lynn Pinson, who survives.
Mr. Creasy was a painter for Monotec, and was of the Baptist faith.
Services were held on Monday, Aug. 26, at 11 a.m. at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Bob Pickett officiating. Burial followed in the Shady Grove Cemetery at Saltillo.
In addition to his wife, Cathy, he is survived by a son, David Talon Creasy of Savannah; two daughters, Samantha Jean Meek and Jessica Lynn Lard, both of Adamsville; four sisters, Kathy Smith of Saltillo, Debbie Brown of Sardis, Denise King of Bath Springs, Tenn. and Lisa Wilkerson of Savannah; a brother, Denny Richardson of Lexington, Tenn.; and four grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, David was also preceded in death by one sister, Donna Ponds.
