Euin Lallion Franklin Barrier, 97, of Harrisburg, Ark., died on Sunday, July 21, at Woodbriar Nursing Home in Harrisburg, Ark.Â
She was born in Waterloo, Ala., the daughter of the late Amie Zackry and Rachel Shepard Franklin. She was united in marriage to Dueward Glynn Barrier who preceded her in death.Â
Mrs. Barrier, formerly of Savannah, retired from the Food Service Department at Arkansas State University. She was a member of Harrisburg Church of Christ.
She is survived by three daughters, Delena Ware, Eva Hooker, and Wanda Lee, all of Harrisburg, Ark.; one son, Dueward Barrier Jr. of Natural Bridge, N.Y.; 13 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by three sons, Donnie, Billy and James Barrier; and 11 siblings.
Family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
