Richard Ellis “Santa Claus” Graves, Â age 66, of Murfreesboro, passed away Monday, July 1.Â
A native of Napa, Calif., he was the son of the late Benjamin and Marie Jones Graves. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Gene Graves.
Mr. Graves is survived by his sister, Frances and her husband David Hall of Murfreesboro; brother, Frank Jr. and his wife Julie Graves of Calif., and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Memorial service was held at noon on Friday, July 5, at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 3145 North Thompson Lane, Murfreesboro,Tenn. Woodfin Memorial Chapel was in charge of local arrangements. Online condolences may be made to www.woodfinchapel.com.
