Shelia Woods, 54, died on Monday, June 24, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tenn.
She was the daughter of the late Johnny Lewis Sr. and Helen Rowland Woods.
She worked in construction.
Services were held Thursday, June 27, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Roy Bennett officiating. Burial was held at the Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, Tim Burks and Dakota Parsons both of Michie; one daughter, Jeannie Dowd of Selmer; four brothers, Billy of Michie, Jerry of Tuscumbia, Ala., Johnny Jr. and Charles Woods, both of Corinth; and seven grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her sister Connie Woods.
