Marie Parrish
Marie Parrish, 87, of Savannah, died on Wenesday, June 12, in Savannah.
She was born in Clifton, the daughter of the late John J. and Hattie Mae Pevahouse. She was united in marriage to Thomas “Monk” Parrish, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Parrish was a homemaker and a member of New Life United Pentecostal Church.
Services were held on Friday, June 14 at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Rev. Gerald Davis officiating. Burial followed in the Savannah Cemetery.
Mrs. Parrish is survived by her children, Kathy Hendrickson of Savannah, Teresa Frost of Pickwick Dam and Lora Parrish of Savannah; and one grandchild.
She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Delta Pugh, Roby Pevahouse, Lorene Hardin, Freddie Hardin, Christine Frank and Maudie Pevahouse.
