Sue Story

Sue Story, 78, of Savannah, died Sunday, April 21.

She was born in Morris Chapel, the daughter of the late Carl and Ida Ellen Farris Seaton. She was united in marriage to Bobby Story, who preceded her in death.

They had lived in Irvin, Texas, where Mrs. Story had worked for Irvin National Bank until she retired. She was a Sunday School teacher at Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church from 1996-2004.

Services were held on Tuesday, April 23, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Duwayne Pounds officiating. Burial followed in the Neill Cemetery at Savannah

She is survived by her sons, Robert and Michael Story, both of Savannah.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Frank Seaton; three sisters, Betty O’Neil, Jo Ann Roach and Jenny Hudson.
