Gertrude Christian Lovelace Herston, 67, of Savannah, died on Friday, March 15.
She was born in Harlan County, Ky., the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Ann Phillips Christian.
Ms. Herston was a homemaker and enjoyed square dancing.
No services were held.
She is survived by her daughters, Ollie Renee Lovelace of Counce, Tammy Marie Brown and Jackie Mae Lovelace, both of Cherokee, Ala.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruby Weaver of McIntosh, Ala., and Janie Christian of Virginia; two brothers, Juan Christian of Anchorage, Alaska, and Tommy Christian of Citrus Grove, Fla.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Lillie Mae Hart.
