Helen Marie Rogers O’Brien, age 81, of Adamsville, passed away Sunday, Nov. 25, at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah.
Ms. Helen was born Sept. 29, 1931, to the late William F. Rogers and Stella Crotts Duren. She was the widow of Gerald C. O’Brien.
During the 1960s she was Miss Butter Pecan for Howard Johnson Hotels, and a model with the Ford Agency in New York City. Ms. Helen was a fun-loving woman, and will be missed by many.
Survivors include her daughters, Bridget, Courtney and Siobhan; two grandchildren, Megan and Seth; one great-grandchild, Bentley.
