Warren Rhines James "Warren" Rhines, 51, died Wednesday, Dec. 5, in Jackson, Tenn. He was born Dec. 18, 1960, son of the late William "Bill" Albert Rhines of Jackson, Tenn., and Elizabeth Elaine "Janie" DeBerry Rhines Reeves of Savannah. Warren was a member of Meridian Baptist Church in Jackson, Tenn. He is survived by his son, Stephen Rhines and wife Heather of Jackson, Tenn.; daughter, Chasity Pallay; grandchildren, Lailah Rhines, John, Josh and Jasmine Brown, all of Jackson, Tenn.; aunt and uncle, Susan and Charles Boone of Savannah. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert and Gladys Rhines of Jackson, Tenn., and John and Eva DeBerry of Savannah; and his brother, John Albert Rhines of Jackson, Tenn. No services.
