Bill Parrott William Thomas "Bill" Parrott, 73, of Adamsville, died Saturday, Nov. 17. He was born in Ramer, Tenn., the son of the late Oliver and Minnie Mae Killingsworth Parrott. He was united in marriage to Donna Rickman, who survives. Mr. Parrott was a self-employed logger for more than 40 years. Services were held on Tuesday, Nov. 20, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Adamsville in Adamsville. Burial followed in the Mt. Vinson Cemetery at Stantonville, Tenn. Arrangements by Shackelford Funeral Home in Selmer. In addition to his wife Donna Parrott of Adamsville, he is survived by four sons, Roger, Joey, Michael and David Parrott, all of Adamsville; three daughters, Crystal Bennett, Diane Parrott, and Tina Parrott, all of Adamsville; a brother, Billy Joe Parrott of Adamsville; 12 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Ashley Parrott; two sisters, Exie Parrott and Mary Phillips.
